STRENGTH

OTM 10: Power Snatch x 2

Start around 60% of your 1RM snatch and build each set as you are able (does not have to be touch and go). If you do not have an established 1RM, start light/moderate and build as you are able.

  • Ring Row x 15
  • Front Squat (65/35) x 15
  • Ring Row x 15
  • Power Clean (65/35) x 15

*consider starting from hang position

Level 2

For Time:

  • Power Snatch (95/65) x 25
  • Pull-up x 15
  • Overhead Squat (95/65) x 25
  • Pull-up x 15
  • Power Clean (95/65) x 25
  • Pull-up x 15
