1) Double or triple under practice

2) EMOM for 20 minutes:

  • Min 1. Deadlift x 5
  • Min 2. Strict HSPU AMRAP -2
  • Min 3. Run 100-200m
  • Min 4. Alternating Pistols x 8-16

3) 3 Rounds, resting 4 minutes between rounds:

  • 30 seconds max calorie row
  • 12 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20, don’t stand at the top)
  • 6 Clean and Jerk (135-155/95-105, touch and go if possible)
  • 50 Double unders
