1) Double or triple under practice
2) EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Min 1. Deadlift x 5
- Min 2. Strict HSPU AMRAP -2
- Min 3. Run 100-200m
- Min 4. Alternating Pistols x 8-16
3) 3 Rounds, resting 4 minutes between rounds:
- 30 seconds max calorie row
- 12 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20, don’t stand at the top)
- 6 Clean and Jerk (135-155/95-105, touch and go if possible)
- 50 Double unders
