1) Overhead lunge the length of the gym twice: once with a loaded barbell, then with two KBs
2) EMOM for 10 minutes:
- Even: Backsquat x3
- Odd: Ring Push-up 8-14
3) 8 minutes for a heavy: hang squat clean, split jerk, hang squat clean, split jerk
4) AMRAP in 9:
- 10 DB snatch alternating (as heavy as possible)
- 20 Sit-ups
- 30 Calorie row
- 40 Burpees
- 20 DB snatch
- 30 Sit-ups
- etc, etc.
