Sunday Competition Class 11.15.15

1) Overhead lunge the length of the gym twice: once with a loaded barbell, then with two KBs

2) EMOM for 10 minutes:

  • Even: Backsquat x3
  • Odd: Ring Push-up 8-14

3) 8 minutes for a heavy: hang squat clean, split jerk, hang squat clean, split jerk

4) AMRAP in 9:

  • 10 DB snatch alternating (as heavy as possible)
  • 20 Sit-ups
  • 30 Calorie row
  • 40 Burpees
  • 20 DB snatch
  • 30 Sit-ups
  • etc, etc.
