1) Warm up with Turkish get-ups

2) 10 minutes to establish a heavy front squat double

3) EMOM for 7 minutes: push jerk + split jerk

4) 4 rounds, resting 4 minutes between each round:

  • 5 tng snatch 135/95
  • row 400m
  • 5 tng clean and jerk 135/95
  • 40 double-unders
