Tuesday Workout: OHS, 5 Rounds



Option 1:

Overhead Squat, 5×5 at 4211 Tempo

*Keep weights light/moderate and focus on tempo

Option 2:

Lunge with 2x Kettlebell Overhead, 10/leg x 4 sets

*Focus on keeping weight locked out overhead, start with light kb’s and build as you’re able


Level 1

3 Rounds for Time:

  • Jump Rope Single x 80
  • Push-up hands on box x 15
  • Slam Ball x 20

Level 2

5 Rounds for Time:

  • Double Under x 40
  • Push-up x 15
  • Hang Power Clean (95/65) x 10
