STRENGTH

7 Sets:

  • Max Rep Power Snatch (135/95) in 20 seconds
  • Rest 40 seconds

*Power snatch should be weight that is challenging for touch and go reps – shoot for quick singles if possible. Please do not drop bars loaded with only 10lb plates

Level 1: Scale to 3x Hang Power Snatch OTM for 7 Minutes

  • Burpee x 10

Level 2

AMRAP 10:

  • Toe to Bar x 10
  • Box Jump Step Down (24/20) x 10
  • Burpee x 10
