We will only have CrossFit Class at noon and 4:45PM today (Strength moved to 5:00PM).  One class tomorrow (Jan 1) at 4PM!

Push Press, 5 sets of 3 reps, building each set

  • Row (Calories) x 27
  • Russian Kettlebell Swing (40/25) x 21
  • Burpee x 15
  • Dumbbell Thruster x 9

Level 2

AMRAP 15:

  • Row (Calories) x 27
  • Kettlebell Swing (53/35) x 21
  • Burpee x 15
  • Thruster (115/85) x 9
