2) 8 minutes: box jump for max height
3) Partner workout. Complete the following for time, reps only count while one partner is in the specified static position:
- 200 double-unders (one partner in plank with 25-45lbs on back)
- 60 calorie row (2 KBs 53s/35s in tailpipe)
- 50 wall balls (handstand on wall)
- 40 toes to bar (hanging from pull-up bar)
- 30 thrusters (135/95) (barbell overhead at same weight)
- 20 burpee box jump overs (30/24) (active front squat hold with the same barbell)
