Competition Class 2.14.2016

1) Pressing Snatch Balance 5-5-5-5 (go light to light+, this is positioning and mobility work)

2) 8 minutes: box jump for max height

3) Partner workout. Complete the following for time, reps only count while one partner is in the specified static position:

  • 200 double-unders (one partner in plank with 25-45lbs on back)
  • 60 calorie row (2 KBs 53s/35s in tailpipe)
  • 50 wall balls (handstand on wall)
  • 40 toes to bar (hanging from pull-up bar)
  • 30 thrusters (135/95) (barbell overhead at same weight)
  • 20 burpee box jump overs (30/24) (active front squat hold with the same barbell)
