Thursday Workout: Power Snatch/Bar Burpee, Gym Strength Work

WOD

Level 1

15-12-9 Reps of Each for Time:

  • Hang Power Snatch
  • Burpee

Level 2

21-15-9 Reps of Each for Time:

  • Power Snatch (95/65)
  • Lateral Burpee over the bar

*2-footed takeoff and landing

GYM STRENGTH

A. Accumulate 3 minutes in L-Hang (hanging from pull-up bar or rings) – scale to tuck if you cannot hold for longer than 7 seconds

B. 10 Minutes of free standing hand stand work

*Kick to handstand with a partner spot as needed, practice distance walk if able.  Reminders: hips low to ground on the kick up, big kick with the back leg high, feet together).  Scale to HS Holds against wall as needed
