2) 10 minutes to establish a push jerk x2 + split jerk x2 complex
3) EMOM for 8 minutes
- Evens: 10 overhead squats (105ish/75ish, as fast as possible)
- Odds: 7-10 bar facing burpees (as fast as possible)
4) Row 4000-5000m at an easy-moderate pace. Every 3 minute interval
- Even breaks: 6 muscle-ups, c2b pull-ups, pull-ups, or inverted ring rows
- Odd breaks: 12 pistols
