SKILL WORK

Handstand Work for 10 Minutes

  • Level 1 Option: Wall walk up and down (accumulate 5-10 reps during work period)
  • Level 2 Option: Wall walk into handstand walk with partner spot (~5 attempts per person)
  • Level 3 Option (if you can get 10 feet of consistent walking): Free standing kick up hand stand walks

Level 1

AMRAP 11:

  • Hang Power Snatch (65/35)
  • Box Jump Step Down (18/12)
  • V-Up

*Rep scheme is 15-12-9-6-3-6-9… and so on.  This is an 11 minute chute and ladder workout of Power Snatches, Box Jump Overs, and Toes to Bar. Start out with 1 round of 15 for each movement, then go down the ladder by 3 reps each time (i.e. 15,12,9,6,3). Then back up in increments of 3 until athlete reaches 15. If you make it there, begin the descent again. Record Total Reps.

Level 2

AMRAP 11:

  • Power Snatch (95/65)
  • Box Jump Over (24/20)
  • Toe to Bar
