In 10 Minutes, Work up to a heavy 3 Rep Snatch

*Can be power or full squat

WOD

Level 1

AMRAP 12:

  • Wall Ball to 9′ (14/10) x 15
  • Burpee x 15
  • Run x 100m

Level 2

AMRAP 12:

  • Wall Ball (20/14) x 15
  • Burpee x 15
  • Run x 100m
