Thruster (from floor), 5 sets x 3 reps

*Start at moderate set of 3 and build as you are able. Rest 90 seconds between sets.

WOD

Level 1

20-15-10 Reps of Each for Time:

  • Russian Kettlebell Swing
  • Box Jump Step Down
  • Row (calories)

Level 2

30-20-10 Reps of Each for Time:

  • Kettlebell Swing (53/35)
  • Box Jump Step Down (24/20)
  • Row (calories)
