1) 10 minutes to establish a heavy snatch.

2) Every other minute for 20 minutes: 6-8 thrusters (5-10lbs heavier than Fran weight), 6-8 burpee box jumps (24″/20″). Do not take longer than one minute to complete a round. If this gets unreasonable, call it early.

Rest 5 minutes

3) Hit 3-5 snatches at 80-85% of part 1 (no more than 5 attempts after warm up reps, be smart and be safe).

4) Zone 1 row or bike for 12-15 minutes.
