Front Squat, 4 x 4

*work around 70-80%

WOD

Level 1

3 Rounds for Time:

  • Row x 250m (or Run x 200m)
  • Wall Ball (12/8) to 9′ x 20
  • Jump Rope Single x 50
  • Burpee x 5

Level 2

3 Rounds for Time:

  • Row x 250m (or Run x 200m)
  • Wall Ball (20/14) x 25
  • Double Under x 50
