STRENGTH

10 Minutes to work up to heavy triple Hang Power Snatch

WOD

Level 1

For Time:

3 Rounds of:

  • Burpee x 10
  • Slam Ball (20/15) x 20

Right into:

  • Run x 400m

Level 2

For Time:

3 Rounds of:

  • Burpee x 15
  • Dumbbell Snatch (55/35) x 20 (10/side)

Right into:

  • Run x 800m

Notes: Scale Db Snatch weight appropriately.  Sub 1000m row for run if necessary (500m for L1)
