WOD

Level 1

OTM 10:

  • Even: Dumbbell Snatch x 10 (5/side)
  • Odd: Box Jump Step Down x 10

Rest 5 Minutes

AMRAP 10:

  • V-Up x 10
  • Push-up Hands Elevated on Box x 15
  • Air Squat x 20

Level 2

OTM 10:

  • Power Snatch* x 3

Rest 5 Minutes

AMRAP 10:

  • Toe to Bar x 10
  • Hand Release Push-up x 15
  • Air Squat x 20

*Work at or around 70% of your 1RM, or start light/moderate and build to challenging set of 3 if you don’t have an established 1RM

CASH OUT

Accumulate 5 Minutes in bottom of squat hold
