Competition Class 4.16.2016

1) 10 minutes: work up to a heavy hang clean + power clean + push jerk + split jerk

2) 10 minutes to work on handstand walks (start with 2 sets of shoulder taps) and triple-unders

3) AMRAP in 6 minutes: 5 clean and jerk (165/115), 10 toes to bar, 20 double-unders

Rest 4 minutes

AMRAP in 5 minutes: 5 HSPU, 10 front rack lunge steps (135/95), 20 wall balls (20/14)

Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP in 2 minutes: 6 burpee box jumps (30″/24″), 6 c2b pull-ups

4) Side planks 2 x 0:45-1:00 per side
