2) EMOM for 10 minutes. Evens: 2-4 bar muscle-ups (scale to pull up + dip). Odds: 6-10 weighted pistols alternating

3) 7 minutes of Cindy or Mary

AMRAP in 6 minutes: 7 Power Snatch (115/80), 7 bar facing burpees, 7 SDHP (115/80), 7 wall balls (25/20)

7 minutes of Cindy or Mary

4) GHD sit-ups 3 x 12-20 reps
