We tested a number of benchmark WODs at the beginning of the year, and we will begin to re-test those this week (benchmark WODs will be programmed each Monday/Friday). Looking ahead, we will have an abbreviated schedule on Monday, May 30, as we will be doing the hero WOD “Murph”. More schedule info to come later this week.
