Complete the following in Teams of 2, Relay-Style:
10 Rounds For Time:
- Row x 150m
- Power Snatch (75/55) x 10
- Toe to Bar x 10
Immediately upon finishing:
- Run x 800m together with a sandbag (50s/30s)
**Relay-style means P1 completes a full round, then P2 completes a full round, and so on until 10 total rounds have been completed. One sandbag per team – teams can alternate carrying the sandbag during the run however they want. Record time when both partners get back into the gym. Please do not drop bars loaded with only 10# plates.
For Level 1, scale to hang power snatch or dumbbell snatch, and scale to proper variation of toes to bar (i.e. v-ups, hanging knee tucks, abmat sit-ups, etc.). Scale run if necessary.
The goal is to move consistently each round. Break if you need to, but scale so that you can mostly complete each set unbroken or in big sets.
