OTM 8: Power Snatch x 2

Notes: Start moderate/heavy and build as you are able.  Work from hang position if necessary.

WOD

Level 1

AMRAP 15:

  • Row x 500m (or Run x 400m)
  • Push-up hands on Box x 20
  • Russian Kettlebell Swing (40/20) x 20

Level 2

AMRAP 15:

  • Row x 500m (or Run x 400m)
  • Push-up x 20
  • Russian Kettlebell Swing (70/53) x 20

  3. PS: 55, 60, 65×2, 70×2, 75×2 (snatches after a tetanus shot are rough)
    WOD: 3 rds (PUs to a 12″ box for 1.5 rds, then switched to 1-armed 15# DB push press because my right tricep was hurting)

  4. 145#
    4 + 185 m
