Work up to a heavy 3 Rep Thruster in 10 Minutes

10 Total Sets:

  • 30 Seconds Work: 3 Thrusters (75/35), then max rep burpees
  • 30 Seconds Rest

*Score is lowest number of burpees completed

Level 2

15 Total Sets:

  • 30 Seconds Work: 3 Thrusters (155/105), then max rep burpees over the bar
  • 30 Seconds Rest

*Score is lowest number of burpees completed
