- Clean and Jerk + Hang Power Clean + Thruster
*Notes: Each set should be unbroken, but control or drop to floor if necessary. Must stand up hang power clean prior to performing thruster.
CONDITIONING

- 50 Burpees

For Time:
- 75 Burpees to 6″ Target
