Push Press, 5 x 5, building each set
- Burpee x 10
- Goblet Squat AHAP x 5
- Burpee Over the Bar x 10
- Front Squat (165/115) x 5
*bar is taken from floor for front squat. Two-footed takeoff and landing on bar burpees.
Work through the following sequence on your own:
- Foam roll R IT band/quad x ~60 sec
- Couch Stretch R side x 90 sec
- Foam roll L IT band/quad x ~60 sec
- Couch Stretch L side x 90 sec
Then, spend a few minutes working through pec with lacrosse ball
