Monday Workout: Push Press, AMRAP, Mobility

Push Press, 5 x 5, building each set


Level 1


  • Burpee x 10
  • Goblet Squat AHAP x 5

Level 2


  • Burpee Over the Bar x 10
  • Front Squat (165/115) x 5

*bar is taken from floor for front squat. Two-footed takeoff and landing on bar burpees.


Work through the following sequence on your own:

  • Foam roll R IT band/quad x ~60 sec
  • Couch Stretch R side x 90 sec
  • Foam roll L IT band/quad x ~60 sec
  • Couch Stretch L side x 90 sec

Then, spend a few minutes working through pec with lacrosse ball
