Back Squat, 15 minutes to build to a heavy set of 3


Level 1


  • Russian Kettlebell Swing AHAP x 15
  • Run x 200m
  • Wall Ball to 9′ (12/6) x 20

Level 2


  • Kettlebell Swing (70/53) x 15
  • Run x 200m
  • Wall Ball (20/14) x 20

*Please wear reflective vests if running in early AM or at night
