Level 1

AMRAP 20:

  • Row x 800m
  • Farmer Carry AHAP x 100m
  • Curtis P with Dumbbells* x 5
  • Jump Rope Single x 100

*Curtis P = Power Clean + Front Rack Lunge R + Front Rack Lunge L + Shoulder to Overhead

Level 2

AMRAP 25:

  • Row x 1000m
  • Farmer Carry (70s/50-53s) x 100m
  • Curtis P* (135/95) x 5
  • Double Under x 50

*Curtis P = Power Clean + Front Rack Lunge R + Front Rack Lunge L + Shoulder to Overhead.

Notes: Pace from the start – i.e. pick a pace on the rower you think you can hold for 2-3k. It might not feel fast on the first row, but you will be able to work at a better pace over the course of the workout.
