Thursday Workout: Snatch, OTM Work

5 Sets: Power Snatch + Hang Snatch + Snatch

*Hang Snatch and Snatch (from floor) should be full squat. Do from hang position if necessary and add an overhead squat if you’re able. Does not have to be touch and go.


OTM 10:

  • Chest to Deck Push-up x 7-10
  • Hang Power Clean (155/105) x 5

*Both movements are done at the top of the minute.  Scale reps on push-ups if needed (or do hands-elevated) and weight on hang power clean.  Record push-up reps and weight on hang power clean.


  • Banded tricep stretch, 1 min/side
  • Pigeon pose stretch, 90 seconds/side
