Level 1

2 Options: Scale Level 2 to 2 rounds

or

3 Rounds of:

  • Run x 500m (5 laps in parking lot)
  • Push Press (95/65) x 10
  • Russian Kettlebell Swing x 15
  • Box Jump Step Down (18/12) x 20

Level 2

3 Rounds for Time:

  • Run x 800m
  • Shoulder to Overhead (135/95) x 10
  • Kettlebell Swing (70/53) x 15
  • Box Jump Over (24/20) x 20
