STRENGTH

Deadlift, 3 sets of 5 reps

*Work at or around 70-75% (no heavier), focusing on solid touch and go reps

WOD

Level 1

AMRAP 10:

  • Hang Power Snatch x 3
  • Ring Row x 6
  • Jump Rope Single x 60

Level 2

AMRAP 10:

  • Power Snatch (135/95) x 3
  • Chest to Bar Pull-up x 6
  • Double Under x 30
