EMOM 10: 2 Squat Cleans

*Start around 70% of your 1RM and build as you are able to – should be moderate to heavy across all sets

WOD

Level 1

AMRAP 10:

  • Russian Kettlebell Swing x 20
  • Goblet Squat x 15
  • One Arm KB Push Press x 10 (5/side)

Level 2

AMRAP 10:

  • Kettlebell Swing (53/35) x 20
  • Goblet Squat x 10
  • One Arm KB Overhead Squat x 10 (5/side)

    Did level 2 but 6am did 15 goblet squats instead of 10. **Told ya Melina and Seth! 🙂 **
