Level 1

For Time:

Row x 1000m

Then, 3 Rounds of:

  • Dumbbell L-Seated Press x 10
  • Abmat Sit-up x 15
  • Jump Rope Single x 60

Level 2

For Time:

Row x 1500m

Then, 5 Rounds of:

  • Handstand Push-up x 10
  • Abmat Sit-up x 15
  • Double Under x 30

*Scale handstand push-ups appropriately.

CASH OUT

3-5 Rounds:

  • 10 False Grip Ring Rows (elevate feet if possible and add 2111 tempo)
  • 10-20 Second Hollow Body Hold (modify to bent leg position if needed)
