  • DB Deadlift (30/20# each hand) x 12
  • DB Hang Power Clean x 9
  • DB Push Jerk x 6

Level 2


5 rounds for time:

  • Deadlift (155/105#) x 12
  • Hang Power Clean x 9
  • Push Jerk x 6

In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009, supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and son T.J.

  • Monday/Tuesday: Regular schedule
  • Wednesday: 6am, 7am Burn, Noon, 445PM, 545PM classes ONLY.  8am, 6:15pm Essentials/Intro, and 6:45PM classes are canceled.
  • Thursday: Turkey Purger at 10AM!  Anyone welcome. Must pre-sign waiver and enroll here: Front Desk
  • Friday: Noon, 445PM, and 545PM classes ONLY.  All morning classes canceled.
  • Saturday: Resume normal schedule

    Could have sworn I’ve done this more recently, but last track back I found was 8/17/10 – 89# DL, the rest were 2x reps @15# DBs. Sooooo… PR? Haha
