Work up to a 5RM Back Squat

*Should take no more than 5-7 sets to get to a heavy set of 5 for the day.


Level 1

For Time:

  • Russian Kettlebell Swing AHAP x 25
  • Row x 500m
  • Russian Kettlebell Swing x 25

Level 2

For Time:

  • Kettlebell Swing (70/53) x 25
  • Row x 500m
  • Kettlebell Swing (70/53) x 25


Couch Stretch, 2-3 minutes/side
