  • 50 Jump Rope Singles
  • 2 Rounds of modified “Cindy”*

*Modified Cindy = 5 ring rows, 10 hands elevated push-ups, 15 air squats

Level 2

AMRAP 20:

  • 5 Deadlifts (225/155)
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 2 Rounds of “Cindy”*

*Cindy = 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats. Rx+ 275/185 for DL
