- 20 Shoulder to Overhead
- 40 Pull Ups
- 60 Bar-Facing Burpees (lateral if not enough space)
- 80 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10’ Target)
- 100 Calorie Row
- 80 OH Lunges (45/25 plate)
- 60 Deadlifts
- 40 Toes to Bar
- 20 Squat Cleans
*Barbell weight: 155/105. Scale as needed
