Friday Workout: The Chief


Bechmark WOD, “The Chief”

Complete 5 rounds of the following:

3 Minute AMRAP of:

  • Power Clean (135/95) x 3
  • Push-Up x 6
  • Air Squat x 9
  • Rest 1:00

Score complete rounds plus reps completed for each set (i.e. 4+1, 4+5, 4, etc.)

*Scale to hang power clean if needed, and elevate hands for push-ups.
