- Power Clean (155/105) x 40
- Run x 200m
- Burpee Box Jump (24″/20″) x 20
- Shoulder to Overhead x 20
- Run x 100m
- Power Snatch x 10
- Double Under x 100
*Teams complete the running portions together, otherwise one person working at a time. 30 Minute Time Cap
