*Scale to hang power snatch if necessary

WOD

Level 1

3 Total Sets:

  • Burpee Box Step Up (18/12) x 10
  • V-Up x 15
  • Hang Dumbbell Snatch x 20 (10/side)
  • Rest 1 Minute

Level 2

3 Total Sets:

  • Burpee Box Jump (24/20) x 10
  • Toe to Bar x 15
  • Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (55/35) x 20 (10/side)
  • Rest 1 Minute

*Record Total Time (including rest intervals)
