Friday Class Schedule for the next 5 weeks of the CrossFit Games Open:
- 6:00am CrossFit
- 7:00am Burn
- 8:00am CrossFit
- 12:00pm CrossFit
- 4:45pm CrossFit
- 6:00pm: Start of heats for CF Open Competitors (if you are not competing in the open, you are still welcome to come and jump into the workout during one of the heats). Open competitors – you will need to come in earlier and get warmed up, and then sign up to do the workout in a heat and judge one of your fellow competitors. We will have score sheets printed out ready to go. For any questions ask your coaches in the gym.

For time:
- 10 dumbbell snatches
- 15 burpee box jump-overs
- 20 dumbbell snatches
- 15 burpee box jump-overs
- 30 dumbbell snatches
- 15 burpee box jump-overs
- 40 dumbbell snatches
- 15 burpee box jump-overs
- 50 dumbbell snatches
- 15 burpee box jump-overs
M 50-lb. dumbbell / 24-in. box F 35-lb. dumbbell / 20-in. box. 20 Minute Time Cap.
SCALE AS NEEDED! I.e. you can do step ups if necessary, and scale the weight of the dumbbell. If needed, cap at 15 Minutes.
