Saturday Team WOD, Open Reminders

Great work to everyone who completed Open WOD 17.1 tonight!  Thank you for helping make things run smoothly by volunteering to judge and signing up for heats – you guys are awesome and pushed hard!  Also, this is a reminder that you need to submit your own score by Monday at 8PM.  Also, if you are not a member of the team “CrossFit Charlottesville”, please make sure to add yourself on your Games profile.  If you have any questions please find a coach in the gym or email Scott.  Thanks!

  • Front Rack Lunge (135/95) x 20
  • Handstand Push-up x 30
  • Toe to Bar x 40
  • Wall Ball x 50
  • Row x 1500m
