2 Power Cleans + 1 Below Knee Power Clean (low hang)

*Can drop and re-set if necessary. Rest ~2 mins between sets

25-20-15-10 Reps of Each For Time:

  • Russian Kettlebell Swing AHAP
  • Box Step Up (18/12)
  • Abmat Sit-up

Level 2

25-20-15-10 Reps of Each For Time:

  • Kettlebell Swing (70/53)
  • Box Jump Step Down (24/20)
  • Abmat Sit-up
