Level 1

7 Rounds for Time of:

  • Thruster (65/45) x 9
  • Jump Rope Single x 35

*The scaled Open workout calls for 10 rounds of the above work, but scale to 7 rounds if necessary.

Level 2

10 Rounds For Time of:

  • Thruster (95/65) x 9
  • Double Under x 35

*For Regular Classes, this workout will have a 20 Minute Cap.
