In Teams of 3, AMRAP 30:

P1: Run x 400m (or Row x 500m)

P2 & P3: AMRAP of the following:

  • Box Jump (24/20) x 50
  • Pull-up x 40
  • Hang Power Clean (135/95) x 30
  • Handstand Push-up x 20
  • Power Snatch (135/95) x 10
