Thursday Workout: Bench Press, 5 Rounds

Congrats Martha for taking 20th in the Open! ย Martha will move onto the next qualifying round, the “Online Qualifier”, where she will be completing 4 workouts in the gym between April 20-24. If she remains in the top 20 after that she’ll be competing in the Masters Division at the CrossFit Games!

STRENGTH

Bench Press, 5-5-5-5-5

*Start moderate and build as you are able. Use spotters as needed. Rest up to 2 mins b/w sets

WOD

Level 1

5 Rounds for Time:

  • Ring Row x 10
  • Box Step Up x 12 (6/side)
  • Wall Ball x 15

Level 2

5 Rounds for Time:

  • Pull-up x 10
  • Box Jump Step Down (24/20) x 15
  • Wall Ball (20/14) x 20
