  • Strict Handstand Push-up x 7
  • Row x 250m or Run x 200m

CASH OUT

3-5 Rounds for Quality:

  • 5 Dumbbell Strict Press straight into 10 Dumbbell Push Press
  • 20 Pistols (10/side)
