SATURDAY TEAM WOD

In teams of 2, complete the following for time:

Run x 800m (together)

Then, 3 Rounds of:

  • Lateral Bar Burpee x 30
  • Toe to Bar x 30

Run x 600m

Then, 4 Rounds of:

  • Kettlebell Swing (70/53) x 30
  • Shoulder to Overhead (135/95) x 15

Run x 400m

Then, 3 Rounds of:

  • Squat Clean (135/95) x 20
  • Double Under x 100

*30 Minute Time Cap. Scale as needed
