Thursday Workout: CGBP, Intervals

We have some awesome events coming up!

STRENGTH

A1. Close Grip Bench Press, 4 sets of 6-8 reps (30X0 Tempo)

*Go as heavy as possible for the rep range and tempo.

WOD

Level 1

3 Sets:

  • 30 Seconds Max Rep Burpee Box Step Up
  • 30 Seconds rest
  • 30 Seconds Max Rep Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
  • 30 Seconds rest

Level 2

5 Sets:

  • 30 Seconds Max Rep Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 30 Seconds rest
  • 30 Seconds Max Rep Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (55/35)
  • 30 Seconds rest

EXTRA CREDIT (ON YOUR OWN)

3 Sets:  8-12 reps Bent Over Row, 15-20 Push-ups
