In teams of 2, one person working at a time:

AMRAP 8:

  • Wall Ball (20/14) x 36
  • Rope Climb x 6

Rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP 8:

  • Burpee Over the Bar x 28
  • Power Clean (135/95) x 14

Rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP 8:

  • Toe to Bar x 20
  • Overhead Squat (135/95) x 10

*Scale as needed (i.e. sub front squat for overhead squat, and rope pulls or pullup/ring rows for rope climbs)
