In teams of 2, complete the following for time:

  • Squat Snatch (135/95) x 10
  • Box Jump (30″/24″) x 20
  • Hang Power Clean (135/95) x 30
  • Handstand Push-up x 40
  • 4 x 400m Relay (each person runs twice)
  • Kettlebell Swing (70/53) x 40
  • Lateral Bar Burpee x 30
  • Chest to Bar Pull-up x 20
  • Thruster (135/95) x 10
